(Geo)Locations

Within the solution we have two important blocks: the general overarching environment (dashboards) and the location environment (per geolocation).

Entering a (geo)location is done in Business Central, and at the same time a site collection for that location is created in SharePoint. Quotations, projects, service items and contracts are also created and updated from Business Central. We use a web service for control. This will be addressed by Business Central.

Quotations

The following calls/actions are provided for the quotations via the web service:

• Creating a quotation
• Updating a quotation
  • Information update
  • Creating a new version

When the version number of a quotation is changed, a new version for the quotation will also be created on SharePoint.

Projects

The following calls/actions are provided for the projects via the web service:

• Creating a project
• Updating a project
  • Information update

When switching from a quotation to a project phase, the quotation documents are included and set to 'read only'.

Service Items

The following calls/actions are provided for the service items via the web service:

• Creating a service item
• Updating a service item
  • Information update

Service Contracts

For the service contracts, the following calls/actions are provided via the web service:

• Creating a service contract
• Updating a service contract
